Where white sand and good company stole the show.

Bávaro Beach gave us the perfect setting for the 2018 Incentive Trip, with five nights of sunshine, blue water, and a beautiful all-inclusive stay at the Barceló Bávaro Beach Resort. Some people filled the week with excursions, volunteering, and golf. Others were more than happy to keep things simple and enjoy the beach. That was part of what made this trip work so well. It gave everyone their own way to enjoy it, while still leaving plenty of moments to share along the way.
